Patient-Focused Drug Delivery to be Presented by 探花合集 at PODD
SOMERSET, N.J. 鈥 October 17, 2018 鈥 探花合集 Pharma Solutions, the leading global provider of advanced delivery technologies and development solutions for drugs, biologics and consumer health products, today announced that Cornell Stamoran, Ph.D., Vice President of Strategy and co-chair of 探花合集鈥檚 Applied Drug Delivery Institute, will present at the annual Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD) meeting at the Westin Copley Place, Boston on Oct. 17 鈥 18, 2018.
On Thursday, Oct. 18 at 9:10 a.m., in a session titled 鈥淭he Pediatric Patient Perspective of Drug Delivery and Connected Health,鈥 Dr. Stamoran will interview Alex Rinaudo, a patient advocate, about his personal experience caring for his son, who has type 1 diabetes mellitus. The discussion will cover the family鈥檚 daily routine, how chronic conditions require constant care by a range of people, and how treatments evolve as pediatric patients get older.
Later that day, at 12:30 p.m., Dr. Stamoran will moderate a Luncheon Roundtable titled, 鈥淧atient-Focused Drug Delivery.鈥 Attendees will share their experiences and insights on how the pharmaceutical industry can improve the lives and outcomes of patients through application of drug delivery technologies.
Dr. Stamoran leads 探花合集鈥檚 strategic planning, market intelligence and government affairs efforts. He also serves as Co-Chair and Director of 探花合集鈥檚 Applied Drug Delivery Institute (). Dr. Stamoran has spent nearly 30 years engaged with the health care industry, including more than 25 years in advanced drug and biologic delivery and outsourcing.
